The wine is pale straw with a hint of green in colour. it is bright and clear with concentrated aromas of nectarine and peach intermingled with pineapple, cream, hazelnut and subtle spice. the palate is a long, intense expression of the aromas anchored by balanced oak and a cream complexity from malolactic fermentation and nine months maturation in the finest french oak. partial use of wild yeast followed lees stirring further enhances the sophistication and length of palate.
